I am an energy healer and integrative nervous system coach dedicated to helping individuals move from a state of survival into a state of thriving. Bridging the gap between ancient energy wisdom and the science of psycho-neuro-immunology, I guide clients into deep states of coherence using the Earth’s natural frequency (Schumann Resonance).
With a background in yoga, Qi, Gong, and sound therapy, I specialize in resolving the effects of trauma and abuse. Through hands-on work, sound healing, and remote guidance, I support the body in releasing old patterns and restoring its natural, rhythmic flow. Based in Miami, I work with clients globally via Zoom and offer private, immersive healing retreats.
